What happens after I send my handle?
We build a free preview of your website from your Instagram or TikTok and send it to you on WhatsApp within 48 hours. If you love it, we put it live and set up your Google presence. If not, you pay nothing.
Will I show up on Google?
We set up your Google Business Profile (the Maps listing), your website's SEO basics and a sitemap submitted to Google. Nobody can guarantee rankings, but you'll have everything Google needs to find and show you.
What about ChatGPT and AI search?
AI tools recommend businesses they can clearly understand. We make sure your services, location and prices are written clearly and consistently across your website and Google listing. No one controls what ChatGPT says, but this gives you the best chance.
How do I make changes?
Just message us on WhatsApp, the way you'd text a friend. Our AI assistant prepares the change and sends you a preview, and nothing goes live until you reply YES. If it can't do something, a person on our team takes over.
Can clients book and pay online?
Yes. We add "Book" and "Pay" buttons linked to your own account on a booking tool like Calendly, Acuity or Gymcatch, or a Stripe payment link. Setting them up is included. The tools are yours, so any fees they charge are between you and them.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. If you already own one, we'll connect it. If not, we'll set up a new one for you as part of your setup.
What's included in the £9.99 a month?
Hosting, security, your domain renewal, and everyday changes to your website and Google listing. Big custom features, like a bespoke booking system, are quoted before we start.
What if I want to leave?
Cancel any time, there's no contract. We'll hand over your site and transfer your domain to you. The £99 setup isn't refundable once your site is live.
